Scrobipalpa perinii is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Klimesch in 1951. It is found in southern France, northern Italy, Slovenia, the Republic of Macedonia and Greece.

The larvae feed on Centaurea scabiosa, Centaurea jacea and Carduus species. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of an elongate, full depth blotch on and along the midrib, with broad extensions into the leaf lobes. Most frass is ejected. Pupation takes place outside of the mine.
