The Scottish Women's Football Coach/Manager of the Year is an annual award given to the Head Coach/Manager selected as the best of the season. The award has been presented annually since 2009 and the winner is selected by a vote amongst the member clubs. The award is presented at the Scottish Women's Football Annual Awards dinner and includes further awards including; Players Player of the Year, Premier League Player of the Year and International Team Player of the Year.

The winner of the inaugural award, sponsored by The Scottish Sun newspaper, was Peter Caulfield of Glasgow City F.C. with the first female recipient in 2014, being Debbie McCulloch, of Spartans F.C.
