Scandal in Budapest or Romance in Budapest (German: Skandal in Budapest) is a 1933 German comedy film directed by Steve Sekely and Géza von Bolváry and starring Franciska Gaal, Werner Pledath and Lotte Spira. It was made in Hungary by the German subsidiary of Universal Pictures. A separate Hungarian-language version was also made. The film was subsequently remade in Hollywood as Top Hat, starring Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.
