Club career
Born in Aïn Témouchent, Benrahma started his career in the youth ranks of NRB Bethioua. He made his Ligue 1 debut on 6 October 2013 in a 1–0 away defeat against Toulouse, entering the field after 75 minutes for Jérémy Pied.
International career
In September 2015, Benrahma was called up to the Algeria national team for the first time for a pair of friendlies against Guinea and Senegal.
