The Savannah Philharmonic Orchestra is a professional orchestra that performs concerts in Savannah, Georgia from September to May. It is also a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The orchestra made its debut in January 2009 under the conductor Peter Shannon, and performed well financially, even during the 2008 recession.
For the 2015-2016 season, over 100,000 tickets were sold.
The Orchestra also has a YouTube channel.
