Saturday at the Symphony is a sheet music collection arranged by John O'reilly. It consists of arrangement of themes from Brahms' First Symphony, Jean Sibelius' Finlandia and Jean-Joseph Mouret ("Masterpiece Theatre" theme). It makes a great excavation into some of the most famous musical classics, combining techniques of baroque and romantic musics together, yet at the same time remaining quite simple in terms of level of playing. As a result, this collection is used by many music teachers as a beginner's practice piece for especially string students.
