Satomi Saito (斎藤 さと美, Saitō Satomi, born (1973-05-01)1 May 1973) is a Japanese female weightlifter, who competed in the flyweight class and represented Japan at international competitions. She won the silver medal at the 1990 World Weightlifting Championships in the 44 kg category.
