Highway 46 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from the Ring Road at Regina to Highways 1 and 364 near Balgonie. Highway 46 is about 29 km (18 mi.) long. The highway is known as McDonald Street within Regina city limits.
