Highway 374 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 14 near Scott until Highway 21 . Highway 374 is about 57 km (35.4 mi.) long.

The highway travels east for 17 km past the hamlet of Tramping Lake before it turns north, passing the hamlet of Scott before terminating at Highway 14.
