Sarbiewo [sarˈbjɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Baboszewo, within Płońsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Baboszewo, 8 km (5 mi) north of Płońsk, and 70 km (43 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

On February 24, 1595 Maciej Kazimierz Sarbiewski, Polish author and most prominent Latin poet born here (d. 1640).
