Dame Sarah Elizabeth Oram, DBE, RRC (25 December 1860 – 26 June 1946) was Principal Matron, Mediterranean Expeditionary Force and Senior member of Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service (QAIMNS), serving as Matron-in-Chief from 1915-1919 (World War I period).

She was born on Christmas Day, 1860 in Cirencester, the only daughter of Samuel Thomas Oram, a Surveyor of Taxes, and his wife, Sarah Gibbons Oram. She was awarded the DBE (Military Division) in 1919 and invested on 10 March 1920 at Buckingham Palace.

Sarah Oram died, unmarried, on 26 June 1946 in South Kensington, London, aged 85.
