Sarah Monson (aka The Bitchlorette) is a reality television casting director/producer, who has cast shows including Survivor (TV series), The Bachelor (US TV series), Celebridate, Foursome, Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?, It's Me Or The Dog, and many others. She has worked for many of the major U.S. television networks, including CBS, ABC, NBC, MTV, Discovery Channel, and The Style Network.

She is a frequent commentator on national TV and radio outlets, as well as international print and online media.

She’s written for and been featured in the pages of Cosmopolitan (magazine), on the home page of AOL on multiple occasions, and on websites including Yahoo!, SheKnows.com, Wetpaint, xoJane, Hello Giggles and E! Online.

In addition to appearing on Good Morning America and TruTV, the ABC news program 20/20 (U.S. TV series) has featured Sarah on multiple occasions, including their annual reality TV special episode, where she lifted the veil behind a top secret casting call and showed America what really goes on behind the scenes.

She has also been a return guest on the top morning radio show in the U.S., The Kevin & Bean Show on The World Famous KROQ in Los Angeles, and a guest on other top radio programs including Kidd Kraddick in the Morning.
