Sarıbalta (former Komer) is a village in the Çemişgezek district of Tunceli Province, Turkey. At 39°00′N 38°57′E, it is situated at the north of the Keban Dam resorvoir. The distance to Çemişgezek is 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) and to Tunceli is 115 kilometres (71 mi). The population of Sarıbalta is 591 inhabitants as of 2011. The town was founded by people from the Şakak tribe either from Diyarbakır or from Khorasan (a province in Iran). Its main economic activity is sheep breeding.
