Santi Simone e Giuda is a Gothic-romanesque-style, Roman Catholic church located in Spoleto, Province of Perugia, Umbria, Italy.

In 1250, a Franciscan monk named Simone da Collazone, much admired for his faith and virtues, died in Spoleto. His fellow companions soon petitioned for canonization from Pope Innocent IV, and in expectation that his tomb would become a destination for pilgrimage, they enlarged the convent and begun this church in 1254. Because Simone da Collazone was not yet (and alas never achieved sainthood), the church was dedicated instead, for what they expected to be transiently, to St Simon the Apostle.

The structures were completed in 1280, and have undergone many restorations and losses. The structure was converted into a barrack in 1863. The 16th-century frescoes in the cloister were covered over. In 1893, the buildings became an orphanage. The interiors preserve almost none of the original decoration.
