Sanjeev Gupta

Sanjeev Kumar Gupta (born 1971/1972) is a businessman who founded the Liberty House Group while an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge.

Gupta was born in Ludhiana, Punjab. Both his father and grandfather were industrialists and business men. His father sent him to the UK to be educated at St Edmund's School, Canterbury. After a gap year selling bicycles in Turkey he accepted a place at Trinity College, Cambridge where he studied economics. He founded the Liberty House Group, a UK steel products company with its headquarters in London in 2001.
