Sani Abacha Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kano, Kano State, Nigeria. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Kano Pillars F.C.. The stadium has a capacity of 16,000. It is named after deceased former military dictator Sani Abacha. It hosted several international competitions including the 2000 African Cup of Nations and the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
