Sanfa Rendi Kabafa'anu (fl. 1753) was a Princess regent of the Maldives. She was regent in 1753.

Sanfa Rendi Kabafa'anu was the daughter of sultan Ibrahim Iskandar II (r. 1721 -50) and the sister of Muhammad Imaduddin III. In 1752, her brother was abducted by Ali Raja of Cannanore and imprisoned at the Laccadives, and she was appointed to be his regent. In reality, however, Muleegey Dom Hassan Maniku had the real power. In 1753, she was succeeded as nominal regent of the Maldives by her niece Amina of the Maldives.
