As Choreographer In Reality shows
Sandy started his career as a Choreographer in the debut season of Maanada Mayilada (2005)in Kalaignar TV. It is a Dance Reality Show directed by Kala Master , leading Choreographer also the GURU of Sandy. In Season 1, he choreographed for Sathish Krishnan & Jeyashree (Reel couple) and made them win the title. The prizes were given away by actor Suriya at Nehru Stadium, Chennai. Following that in Season 5 (2010), he choreographed for the reel pair Bala & Shwetha. He received a cash amount from the Prabhu Deva in Abu Dhabi as his pair won the First Place. Later on, In Maanada Mayilada season 8 & 9, he performed as the Entertainer. Sandy has also choreographed for reality shows in Telugu and Kannada namely "Challenge show" in Telugu and "Kuniyona Bara" in Kannada. In 2015, he entered into Vijay Television through a dance reality show "Jodi No 1" Season 7 and later he was the Entertainer of "Jodi no 1" Season 8.

Sandy made his first debut as a Choreographer in the movie AAAH (2014), a Horror Film and later, he choreographed for many Tamil films such as Viraivil Isai (2015), Ivanuku Thannila Gandam (2015). Subsequently, Silambarasan gave him an opportunity to choreograph a song in his movie Vaalu (2015). Since then he has gone on to work in several projects such as Gethu (2016), Jithan 2 (2016), Saagasam(2016), Jumbulingam 3D (2016 ). Some of the upcoming projects are Saaga, 46, Thaami, Manal Kayaru, Sivanadiyum Virumandiyum. Apart from Films, Sandy was one of the judges of "Nadana Rajaz" , a Dance Reality contest conducted by IBC Tamil channel in LONDON.
As an actor
Sandy was first seen as MAIKA in the movie Ivanuku Thannila Gandam, a Tamil Comedy Film featuring Deepak, Rajendran , Sentrayan & Elango Kumaravel. He danced for the song Epavumey Vanthadhuda in the same movie along with Gana Bala. He did a Cameo appearance in Thappattam Song in Viraivil Isai Movie as well as Mutta Bajji song in Gethu movie.
