San Pelayo is a village on the island of Samar in The Philippines.
San Pelayo is named after their patron saint, Saint Pelagia. Typographical error were encountered during the registration of the said barrio were encountered so the name "San Pelaya" was misspelled and key in the name "San Pelayo".
