Faculty
San Miguel High School is a community formed by teachers from different social, ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds. The school is composed of 34 staff members and 29 teaching faculty, 50% of whom have earned master's degrees in their related fields of administration, teaching and counseling.

Book about the Cristo Rey Model
In January 2008, Loyola Press released a book entitled More than A Dream: How One School's Vision is Changing the World. The book, authored by G.R. Kearney, a writer and former volunteer teacher at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School (Chicago), documents the unlikely development of the Cristo Rey model and its remarkable success throughout the United States.
