San Francesco is a gothic-style, church located in front of the Palazzo Communale of San Gemini, Province of Terni, region of Umbria, Italy.

The church and adjacent convent were constructed from 13th to 14th centuries. St Francis himself is said to have visited San Gemini in 1213. The interiors house frescoes from the 15th through 17th centuries. A painted wooden crucifix from the 15th century hangs on a wall. In front of the church is the Gemine Astolfi Fountain (1884) by Orazio Armili of Narni.
