Aït Saïd won his first senior medals at the 2010 European Men's Artistic Gymnastics Championships, with a silver on the rings and a team bronze with France. The following year he won European silver on the vault. Aït Saïd broke his right leg while landing the vault at the 2012 European Championships, two months before the 2012 Summer Olympics. He later recovered to take part in the 2013 European Championships where he won gold on the rings. He took bronze and silver in the same discipline in subsequent years.

Unfortunately, Aït Saïd broke his left leg while landing the vault during the men's qualification event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Both his tibia and fibula were broken.
