Samuel "Sam" Strettle (2 February 1886 – 1926) was an English professional football full back who made over 150 appearances in the Midland League for Chesterfield Town. He most notably played for Everton in the Football League.

Personal life

Strettle served as a lance corporal in the 58th (2/1st London) Division Signal Company of the Royal Engineers during the First World War. After his death in 1926, Strettle was buried in Warrington Cemetery.
