Juanita Scandal
While working as a Delegate for CEN in 2009 and married to Federal Deputy Sara Gabriel Montiel Solís, Rosas Enriquéz was the target of strong criticism from opposition parties when his wife stepped down as a Federal Deputy and handed over the position to her husband, a common practice of nepotism within Mexican politics.
