Salah Mohamed Noor Shaikh Abbas Alabbasi (born 20 June 1971) is a Bahraini football referee who has been a full international referee for FIFA.
Alabbasi became a FIFA referee in 2009. He has served as a referee in competitions including the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, beginning with the preliminary-round match between Palestine and Thailand.
