Sahar Zaman (born 13 June 1996) is a Pakistani women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Pakistan women's national football team.

Career

Zaman is from the Gilgit-Baltistan region of Pakistan. In an interview, Zaman said she was inspired by American goalkeeper Hope Solo. Zaman made her Pakistan debut aged 13 in a 2009 match against India women in Bangladesh. She took part in a Pakistan training camp prior to the 2012 SAFF Women's Championship, and was also in the squad for the 2014 Pak Bahrain Women Series, which preceded the 2014 SAFF Women's Championship. At club level, Zaman has played for Young Rising Star FFC in Pakistan.
