Sagol is a traditional Korean health food. The word Sagol means bones of cattle' legs. "Sa(四)" refers to four and "Gol(骨)" does to bone in Chinese character. Sagol contains abundance collagen protein and minerals such as calcium and is good for refreshing mind and body. As a traditional health food, it is used for Gomguk as well as for making pot liquor. “Guk” means soup. During winter Korean people would think to eat such a dish with warm soup.
