Sébastien Impeto Pengo is an acting governor of Équateur, which is one of the ten provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Former governor Louis Alphonse Koyagialo was physically unable to perform his function, since then Sébastien Impeto Pengo has been appointed as an acting governor by Joseph Kabila, the president of Democratic Republic of Congo.
