Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge is one of the 299 single member constituencies (German: Wahlkreis) used for the German parliament, the Bundestag. One of sixteen districts covering the state of Saxony, it is coterminous with the Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge district. The constituency elects one representative under the mixed member proportional representation (MMP) system. Under the current constituency numbering system, it is designated as constituency 158.

The constituency was created for the 2002 election as Sächsische SchweizWeißeritzkreis, assuming its current name for the 2009 election, following a local government reform. Most of the constituency had previously been part of the Pirna – Sebnitz – Bischofswerda constituency. All elections to date have been won by the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) candidate Klaus Brähmig.
