Rupirana cardosoi is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Rupirana. It is endemic to northern Espinhaço Mountains, Bahia, Brazil. Its natural habitats are banks of small streams in high-altitude (about 1,200 m (3,900 ft) asl) grassy vegetation. It is threatened by habitat loss. Part of the range is within the Chapada Diamantina National Park.
