Rudolf van Haspinga (d. 956), Count of Betuwe and Count of Hesbaye (Haspinga) (which included the County of Looz), son of Nibelung, Count of Betuwe, and Liethard, daughter of Reginar II, Count of Hainaut.

Rudolf married Marie, daughter of Emmo, Count of Hesbaye, which Vanderkindere suggested accounted for the use of the name Emmo in subsequent generations. They had at least one grandson Arnold who succeeded his father as Count of Hesbaye. Under Arnold's rule, Haspinga was donated to the Prince-Bishopric of Liège, thus becoming a fief of Liège.

There is considerable confusion as to whether Giselbert, Count of Looz, was the son of Rudolf or the son of Otto, Count of Looz, and whether Otto was Rudolf's son or brother. As the historical record is unclear, this is unlikely to be resolved in the near future.
