Colombians demand return of rubiales oil field to sovereign hands
The Rubiales Oil Field is an oil field located in Arauca department. It was discovered in 1981 and developed by Pacific Rubiales Energy. The oil field is operated and owned by Pacific Rubiales Energy. The total proven reserves of the Rubiales oil field are 4.38 billion barrels (588×106tonnes), and production is to be centered on 123,000 barrels per day (19,600 m3/d).
