Harry Porter "Rube" Vickers (May 17, 1878 in St. Mary's, Ontario – December 9, 1958 in Belleville, Michigan), is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He played in the majors from 1902 to 1909 for the Brooklyn Superbas, Cincinnati Reds, and Philadelphia Athletics.

On October 5, 1907, he won two games for the Philadelphia Athletics against the Washington Senators, pitching 12 innings in relief in the first game, which Philadelphia won, 4 – 2, and pitching a perfect five innings in the second game, which he won, 4 – 0.
