Royal Academy of Culinary Arts

Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (Raca) is a non-profit private Jordanian associate university college. The institution offers a two-year culinary diploma which is accredited in both Jordan and Switzerland through Les Roches International School of Hotel Management by NEASC (New England Association of Schools and Colleges) and its commission on higher education as a teach-out campus. The college teaches students who have successfully completed a full secondary school program. Raca is located in Khalda, Amman, Jordan.
