Roy Lester Ebron (August 31, 1951 – September 28, 2014) was an American basketball player who played one season in the original American Basketball Association (ABA).

Ebron played college basketball at Louisiana–Lafayette (then called the University of Southwestern Louisiana) and later played for the Utah Stars of the ABA. He appeared in 40 games for the Stars during the 1973–74 season, averaging 6.2 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. He died on September 28, 2014 at his home in St. Rose, Louisiana.
