Rosalie Garcia, also known as Shorty, was a former drug dealer. She headed a deadly heroin ring in the part of NYC called the Bronx throughout the 1990s. Rosalie made $70,000 per week as part of the Hoe Ave Crew. Rosalie showcased on the TV show Gangsters: America's Most Evil called Lethal Beauties: Beltran, Henao and Garcia. Rosalie was convicted in the trial United States v. Rosalie Garcia, Manuel Roman, and Ricardo Silva Rosalie was convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Her son was also convicted at trial.
