Rosa Olga Sansom (née Jensen), was a notable New Zealand teacher, museum director, botanist, broadcaster and writer. She was born in Stewart Island, Southland, New Zealand in 1900.

Sansom was awarded the Queen's Service Medal for Community Service in 1979.

Olga Sansom has authored two books: In the Grip of an Island and The Stewart Islanders.
