Roosevelt High School is a public 4–year high school in the Albany Park neighborhood on the northwest side of Chicago, United States. The school is operated by the Chicago Public Schools district. Roosevelt opened and began existence in 1922 as William G. Hibbard High School, but was moved into a new building and renamed in honor of the 26th president of the United States in 1927.

Athletics

Roosevelt competes in the Chicago Public League (CPL) and is a member of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). The boys' football team were public league champions in 1960–61 under the leadership of coach Al Klein. 1976 Section Champions 7-1 Captains Rick Stinson and Joe Fiorentino.
