The Diocese of Uruguaiana (Latin: Dioecesis Uruguaianensis) is a Roman Catholic diocese in Brazil. It is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Santa Maria

It was created in 1910 from the diocese of São Pedro do Rio Grande, which became the Archdiocese of Porto Alegre. The cathedral is dedicated to St. Anne.
