Rohith Manikonda (born 2001) is a child star actor famous for his work in CBBC's TV show, Airmageddon. His name derives from the Sanskrit word for 'red' - Rohita. He is perhaps most famous for being the smiliest contestant on the show (term coined by the presenter, Will Best). Manikonda was an instant hit with the Airmageddon fanbase, as his outgoing personality and good sportsmanship far outweighed his unfortunate defeat on team Quadrosoar (affectionately dubbed Quadrosnore ) in episode 8 of the first series.

He started his career at age 14, having studied in England and perfecting his trademark smile. Today, Manikonda is studying for his General Certificate of Secondary Education, or GCSEs, and although he is not a student of drama, he is constantly looking for television opportunities. Wherever he goes he will always be followed by his fan club, Vive la smiliest contestant.

He was originally encouraged to partake in the sport by his form tutor, who allowed him to take to the skies with a small drone during form time; his perfection of the school field racecourse brought him to the attention of thee BBC producers and other talent scouts. Currently Rohith is on trial with the Liverpool drone society after Divock recommended him to this elite club and he is looking forward to a long and prosperous career in drone racing and possibly television presenting.

He has been signed by a drone racing team for a transfer fee unknown to the world, and will be starring on Sky Sports in weeks to come.
