Roger S. Penske Jr. is the son of Roger Penske, was once majority owner and director of Orange 21, INC a sunglasses and goggles manufacturer. Penske Jr. resigned in October 2005 to pursue personal interests. He remained the President of Penske Automotive Group until March 31, 2008.
In May 2008, Junior formed RP Automotive, Inc. and purchased Penske Ontario from his father, renaming it Penske Honda of Ontario.
