Dr. Roger Hendrix is a business management consultant, strategic planner, scholar and author with a background in educational psychology.

Hendrix graduated with a doctorate degree in Higher Education and Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California. He owns and operates an international management consulting firm. He is the author of four books [1][2] [3] i [4]. His latest book is titled, Bend, Create and Plan Your Future [5]. It outlines the strategic planning process he uses with business managers. His most cited and acclaimed academic paper is titled, "Religious Experience in the Age of Digital Reproduction," authored in 2005, by Frederick Mark Gedicks and Roger Hendrix, published in the St. John's Law Review [6]. Frederick Mark Gedicks and Roger Hendrix also wrote the book, "Choosing the Dream: The Future of Religion in American Public Life" [7]. Hendrix has authored more than 100 articles and writes weekly articles for 'Empower Yourself', his webpage through Grenx, Inc. [8]. Philosophy

Hendrix's philosophy is, “I only know what I experience. So until I experience something firsthand, I don’t know it.” With that, Hendrix has spent a lifetime living and working in different parts of the world witnessing the social, political, and economic events that have shaped our lives. He is known for incorporating these experiences into radio commentaries, books, articles and business consulting.

Personal life

Hendrix is married to the former Cheryl Darlene Fannin. They have five children and 16 grandchildren.

Other service

Hendrix has had extensive service with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He has served as a bishop, stake presidency member and mission president. He formally was on the Board of Trustees of Deseret Trust Company, an affiliate of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Hendrix received a national appointment to serve on the Strategic Planning Advisory Council to the Board of Governors of the American Red Cross in Washington, D.C. He served on this board from 1990 to 1992 [14].
