Rocky Run Township is one of twenty-five townships in Hancock County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 158 and it contained 60 housing units. In November 2016, the township voted to merge with Wilcox Township due to low population.

Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 39.87 square miles (103.3 km2), of which 36.68 square miles (95.0 km2) (or 92.00%) is land and 3.19 square miles (8.3 km2) (or 8.00%) is water.
