The Rockford Rox were a minor league baseball team located in Rockford, Illinois. From 1917 to 1923, they played in the Class B Illinois–Indiana–Iowa League, and from 1947 to 1949, they played in the Class C Central Association.
"Corky" Harold Lewis Valentine, a pitcher on the Cincinnati Reds), was the only player on the Rockford Rox who made it to Major League Baseball.
