Rock It is a song by Australian rock band Little Red and is the fourth track on their 2010 album, Midnight Remember. The song was released as the first single from the Midnight Remember album on June 4, 2010 by Liberation Music in Australia and New Zealand. The song has gone Platinum and placed at #2 on Triple J's Hottest 100, 2010. The song was used during the opening montage of the "Hope for the Hopeless" episode of Grey's Anatomy (series 8 episode 12)
