Sir Robert Alexander Talma Stheeman CB (born 7 June 1959) is chief executive officer of the Debt Management Office. He went to Germany in his gap year, staying longer than intended. Stheeman then moved back to the UK in 1988 and is married with four children.
On 31 December 2015, Stheeman was knighted in the 2016 New Year Honours for services to UK Government Debt Management.
