Robert "Bob" Jones (1921–?) was a Welsh rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s, playing representative level rugby union (RU) for Wales XV, and Glamorgan County RFC, and at club level for Aberavon RFC, and playing representative level rugby league (RL) for Wales, and at club level for Swinton, St. Helens, and Hunslet, as a prop, or second-row, i.e. number 8 or 10, or, 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.

Jones represented Wales XV (RU) while at Aberavon RFC in the 'Victory International' non-Test match(es) between December 1945 and April 1946, and won 3 caps for Wales (RL) in 1947–1949 while at Swinton and St. Helens.
