Robert Baugh (c.1748 - 1832) was an engraver, map-maker, and musician. It is thought he may have been from Llandysilio. He is also associated with the Llanymynech area, where he was the parish clerk for many years.

John Evans' well-known map of North Wales (1795) was engraved by Baugh.

In 1809 he was awarded a silver medal and fifteen guineas by the Royal Society of Arts, London for his map of Shropshire.

Baugh died in 1832, aged 84.
