The tragically hip twist my arm

Road Apples is the second full-length album by Canadian rock band The Tragically Hip, and it was their first to reach  No. 1 in Canada. The album has been certified 8× platinum in Canada. It contains both heavy rock and some more mellow tunes, and the tune "Three Pistols" about painter Tom Thompson.

Contents

The album's original working title was Saskadelphia, but this was rejected by the record label as likely to confuse listeners.
