Risdam is a northwestern neighborhood of the city of Hoorn, Netherlands. It had a population of around 18,000. The name derives from the name Risdam Rijsdam, a dike in the historic waterway along the Keern. The northern part of the Rijsdam itself was formerly called Keern. Today it is split into the areas of Risdam-Noord and Risdam-Zuid.

In Risdam there are three parks, the Risdammerhout, Risdam-Noord Park and Blauwe Berg. Rher are three shopping centers De Huesmolen, De Korenbloem, and on the south side a centre for furniture and DIY-stores on the site of the old industrial center of Aalstweg. Risdam grew up in the 1970s and 1980s as a residential area.

At the edge of the district is a sports and leisure centre with an iceskating rink, cinema, hotel and athletics court.
